Here are the steps we take to deliver your product...

1. Initial meeting

Set up a FREE 30min consultation where we dive deep in to your business mission and needs. We look at what you are currently doing, what services you are looking for and talk through how you can achieve your business goals with the help of fyi marketing

2. Agreement

Once all information is gathered from you and we agree on the servies that benefit your business we will come back with a timeline and agreement that suits you.

3. Deliverables

Deliverables will be outline within the agreement we provide our clients. All deliverables will be set through the agreement process and will encompass all necessary assets our clients needs.

4. Review Stage

Once all deliverables are set us at fyi marketing will come back to you with all assets ready for review. With all services there is a maximum of rounds of reviews (more rounds can be requested at any stage).

5. Delivering product

Once all assets and deliverables have been approved the final full scale assets will be available for our clients use. All assets will be access able for on our internal systems for 3 months where clients can download at their convenience.

6. End meeting

This stage will begin the off-boarding experience we provide our clients. Our clients have this time to raise any other items they want to add to their service and continue our professional relationship.

When will I be charged for my service?

Any service we provide requires a 50% deposit to start work, this payment is done once the agreement is sign. the remaining 50% is done when delivering the final assets are approved and will be behind a paywall where once the remaining fee is paid full access will be given.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of any kind will be permitted at any time during service provided, and a cancellation fee will apply totaling 40% of the remaining 50% payment.

Can I pick and choose what I want?

We have a range of services that we provide, and our clients can pick and choose which services they would like to be added to their account. Each service provided can be set as recurring and on off for our clients needs.
